-> back to calendar :: EUROPEAN MASTER OF PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY The European Master of Professional Photography is designed for students who hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and wish to pursue a career in photography, with a particular emphasis on the business management of the profession. The European Master lasting for 14 months in total comprises three phases: • the 32-week Program, from September to May; • the Expert Modules, from May to the end of July, which aim at deepening the students’ previous knowledge and skills in the areas most demanded by the professional market. Each module lasts four weeks, supervised by professionals within the respective domains of photography; • the planning and elaboration of the Master project, which needs to be submitted to a jury twice: an oral defense of the pre-project allows the students to validate their professional projects’ feasibility and coherence; the final jury’s comments assess the projects’ future implementation. ![]() © Stephan Müller Candidates for the Master’s degree must register with E.A.B.H.E.S., successfully attend both the 32-week program and 3 out of the 4 Expert Modules at Spéos, and complete their personal master project. They also need to pass a foreign language test (TEF/Test d’Evaluation du Français or TCF/Test de Connaissance du Français for English native speakers; TOEIC/Test Of English for International Communication for the rest).
